Prescription Items

The following steps are required to fill your prescriptions:

Ordering online

1. Find the medication you require from the Prices page.
   
   
2. If you are not a registered user, register here and fill out the the registration form.
If you are a registered user, proceed to the next step. You must be a registered user to be able to place orders with us. We take appropriate measures to ensure the privacy and security of all customer transactions. Registration with us is done through a secure internet connection.
3. Once registered, logging on is as simple as providing the username and password that you entered during the registration process.
4. After successfully logging on, you will go through the checkout stage. Fill out the checkout form to proceed with the ordering process.
5. Fax or mail a copy of your prescription to the following address to complete the ordering process.
   
   

Mailing or faxing orders

1. If you are a new customer ordering prescription drugs, print and fill out this form then fax it to the address below.
2. If you are an existing patient with a new prescription, print and fill out this form then fax it to the address below.
3. If you are an existing patient who would like to refill a prescription, print and fill out this form then fax or mail it to the address below.
   
   
   
   If your medications do not arrive within 14-21 days, please call us toll free at
   1-800-798-2885 and one of our courteous staff members will assist you in tracking your package. Thank you for choosing The Health Site! Please note that all of these steps must be completed before any prescriptions can be sent out.
   
   We highly recommend that our clients order their prescriptions 4-5 weeks prior to the expiration of their current medication to ensure a constant supply.
